So I can't keep in the excitement any longer and I have to post about it...I shook Aniki's hand. And got his autograph.

This all happened last weekend at his concert at AFA 08. The event is irrelevant. But Aniki's concert rocked. It was only about 2 hours long but it was
very memorable.

He sang :

Mazinger Z (of course)
Great Mazinger
Combattler V
Koutetsu Jeeg
Tekkaman
Captain Harlock

I was one of the lucky winners chosen to get my autograph...which wasn't THAT lucky considering that there were about seventy people eligible and 50 winners. (All my friends got autographs too.) However, we could only get one item autographed. So what did I pick?

The choice was easy. Last year, I sang Mazinger Z at the Japanese Cultural Association and won a MP3 Player. So I brought the magazine with the event inside to let him sign it. And he did! He seemed to like the T-shirt too (he said "spirit!")

I may write up a more complete account of the concert if there is interest...I sort of rushed to get this out.
