Either they didn't intend that at first or they plan on giving you more crew in 2.2 since when you go to the pilot selection screen, Chirico's scopedog is there so they seem to have originally intended for their to be more options and pilots.

It's all the same.
Will or morale allows you to:
1. Use more powerful attacks
2. Activate skills that give extra benefits to the units (like more evasion or power at 130 will)

It also affects the damage output of the unit.

And damn, Getter needs too much energy to be really usedul. Even with E save and the part that regenerates 10% each turn, it always ends completely empty in a few turns.

What skills do I give do Ryouma?
He has almost 400pp and I can't think of anything, he already has break will limit, and I already gave him E-save. He has a B rank on the ground, is that worth bumping to an A?

Wether you want to go with the 00 Gundams or with the Wing Gundams (which follows the stories of Code Geass and VOTOMs).
First is 00, second is Wing.

Is there a way to quick reset? Without using the quick save option or home button?

Kamina's glasses are actually kind of a bad choice. Kallen will begin with high morale already. (If she's your ace, she begins with 120) and doesn't have a hard time getting more. They're more useful for characters who really need a little morale to get off the ground but don't have an easier way to getting it.

Do you really want to see a wave of Kira Yamatos wearing Kamina glasses? Really?

(Kira's actually a good choice for them too since +20 morale means he can go into SEED mode a lot quicker.)

Just beat Stage 43. I love Nova as a unit. So freaking useful. Considering having it as a main unit in my later playthroughs.

Guys, how is stage 48 suppose to be? I know its the final 00 level but what am I suppose to be up against? It doesnt seem to match up to what I heard.

Except that IJ is actually way better than SF in this one. Dragoon Map is shit, and SF is otherwise literally inferior in every way. The only thing Kira has over Athrun is Soul over Valor.

It is a shitload more trouble if you A: don't have upgrades and/or B: haven't touched the 00 cast. It still isn't really that bad, it's one of the missions that I got the SR point in under the allotted time even without the upgrades.

Also didn't use the non-setsuna meisters, so the second phase was a trip.

third was a joke, however.

First part is a fairly standard stage with your army against a bunch of 00 villains, some Nova villains, and Suzaku for some reason.

Second part is the 00 boys and the Ptolemy against Ali and a bunch of grunts. This part can be rather challenging if you haven't bothered to upgrade any of them. Once you destroy Ali though, the rest of the team comes to help, so you can just unload on him as soon as possible to speed things up.

Okay I made this question so Ill have to explain better, okay from what I heard this level started off with the four CB Gundams against the GN-Xs alone until Ali is killed and takes out Lock-On with him, then Zexis arrives and the scenario would continue as normal. The difference here is that I started off with all my units and EV CB Gundams.

The stage starts with a regular deployment + the CB Gundams vs a mixed force of MS and KMFs, including Zechs, Sergei, Soma, Patrick, Suzaku, Noin, Daryl, and Robo-Jerimiah.

After that it switches over to part two, where you have to defend the immobile Ptolemy with the four CB Gundams against more MS and Ali. Alejandro pops up after a while, though you can deploy some ally reinforcements to fight him. Finally, you finish off with Setsuna vs. Alejandro.

The vast majority of the enemies you face are GN-Xs, so between that, Ali and Alejandro, Setsuna's ace bonus is immensely useful.

While not on topic with Z2, but more SRW, I didn't realize MIO/MIQ did a vocal version of ICE MAN. I enjoyed it thoroughly like I did with some of her other songs like HEY YOU. I ended up changing Walker Gallia's theme to that a lot in the first Z.

Some Anon mentioned something about the "ignore size" skill already being built into some attacks. Is this true? If so, which attacks are those so I don't bother wasting SP? Or more importantly, does Karen have that? because I'm one button away from buying the skill.

If you look at the menu at the bottom of the screen while your cursor is on an attack, its special functions are listed to the right. 'Ignore Size' is written exactly the same way the skill is.

And yes, the Guren's nuclear claw already has ignore size built-in.

I'm surprised how Jesus Yamato does actually suck without any upgrades. Gets hit pretty often and his damage isn't that great.

Still, too many units to chose from in this game, so I just limit gundams to Destiny, Exia, Turn-A and Nu.

Zeta sucks. I'm sorry, but there are better and more useful units out there. And I'm not UC/nostalgiafag for Zeta anyways.

Destiny at least is fast and has pretty strong melee attacks, which can be used after movement.

Stats didn't help much when I used Zeta. One hit death by DM even with Focus, little EN, not so great damage. I found other gundams to be more useful.

Also, Dancouga Nova is a beast.
