Cazali is gathering and absorbing as many core medals as he can acquire, OOOs uses core medals to fight and rebuild Ankh.

Uva is gathering and absorbing as many cell medals as he can find. Birth uses Cell Medals to fight and pay off debts to Kougami.

Calling it now, Birth will be the one to take down Uva with a new form, and OOOs will be the one to take down Cazali with a new form, setting the stage for either Dr. Maki, Child Ankh, or Cakeboss to come in as the final boss.

What I guess will happen:

->Cazari will be owned by Putotira OOO and lose part of his Core Medals.

->Uva will bring Mezool and Gamel back

->Date will die and Goto will become Birth.

->Giru will take body Ankh and use him.

->Body Ankh will eventually be killed and absorbed by Ankh.

->Giru will take out each Greeed and absorb them completely, Ankh, the last one,, will attempt to protect OOO.

->Final battle will be OOO vs Giru.

Date sacrifices himself to kill Uva. Gotou goes all depressive but gets cheered up in a very cliché way, load up with every cell medal Date acquired from Uva, turns into Birth and uses them all like spending every single memory, achievement,drop of blood of Date as he defeats the final boss with OOO

Not likely.

Anyway nope, Uva has a connection in terms of character with Eiji and Ankh, Gotou and Date don't factor in and its been foreshadowed Uva is the third Rider/Zeros/000s or help develop said third Rider, so nope.
