/m/, I have begun SRW F a few days ago and now I'm in a stage where you fight 3 space ships of some sort, and when I fought one of them, the silver one with a blondie for a captain, the bgm changes into Ride of the Valkyries.
Who the heck is this guy.

It's Bundle. In GoShogun, he plays classical pieces while he fights the main robot. Whatever he's playing literally overwhelms the regular soundtrack (which is full of mellow disco) and so it's all you hear in Bundle fight episodes. SRW homaged this and it's basically the origin of the "character who is so awesome his music trumps yours" trope in the franchise.

No. That's due to a bug in OG1.
