Listening to music in album order of tracks purposed by the artist is intending expression as an integral part of the whole artwork. Today's generation of itunes ipod pirates and p2pers are A) interpreting an artist's message as they see fit as a form of appropriation, or B) disregarding the appreciation of art by defacing and exploiting it naively.
