RIP hard drive ;_;

mfw I lost all my saved data and archived gundam folders. I wish I could have atleast screencapped the file names or something.

dude take the HD out of the enclosure and slap it into your pc. Theres a chance the enclosure died and the drive might still be good. Happened to me a bunch of times.

There's still hope.

Yeah, I already took it outta the enclosure. It helped me realize I could salvage a few files by pushing pressure on the usb cord to force the actual drive up (otherwise the red flashing light and disc wouldnt run). So I kept twisting it knowing that with enough pressure it would break but I could only turn get the drive running with a twist.

long story short, the light wouldn't turn on anymore. Out of desperation I put too much pressure and it broke.

BUT, I managed to screencap the folders int he 30 seconds I had, and get half a folder salvaged (psp folder, fuck I knew I wouldn't get the 20gb video folders but I didn't even get the saved data utility folder for the psp).

So the end where it connects to power is broken, I doubt I could do anything now.

Wait, just to make sure, the enclosure was the plastic shell around it right? My hardddrive ran through USB power only.
