I believe we need to create an executable plan to finalize our board-tan.

I propose that within this thread, we should focus on the following:

>Establishing a central character
1. Choose 3-5 imaginings/incarnations from the active artists
2. In a civil (or as civil as 4chan can be) manner, give suggestions/feedback concerning the creations
3. From there, we choose which of these polished tans we like the best.

>Creating a back story
(This is where the write-fags come in)
1. Create as many stories and works involving /mlp/-tan as possible
2. From there, we can decide what is to be canon/backstory and what isn't.

>Create More
1. Once the other two steps are complete, both artists and writers (or anyone really) should create as much work as they feel like involving the character we have created. This will lay down a solid foundation and give us some means of interacting with the other boards/board-tans
