Looking for this one song/music video.  Rock group, alt rock, little emo. Think along the lines of shinedown. Guy has a raspy voice though.

Video is of this old guy giving blood multiple times and leaving huge 100$ tips for a chick at a bar, drawing a picture of her.  Then he leaves the picture of her for her and says happy birthday, and she realizes the guy is her long last dad.  Anybody know it?
