If he were to die before electors were certified in Washington, it's likely that his VP would then get all of his elecotral votes for president. That VP would then pick his own VP who would likely then get the VP electoral college support.
If he dies after being certified, the VP would become president-elect and a new VP would have to be appointed after he took office.
That would require a majority vote in both houses of congress. I believe both will be controlled by the democrats, so that would a chore.
