Yes this is a norwegian newspaper, but i'm not sure it counts as news overseas. I guess you can find english sources as well.
The point is, as a step to help student not die they have decieded that the solution is MORE GUNS, not LESS GUNS. ... The argument beeing made is that the students should be allowed to carry handguns, to protect themselves against other students who has handguns...
