A local college student is under arrest tonight.

Police said he was planning an attack similar to what happened at Northern Illinois University that left five students dead.

Steve Ellis, a Barack Obama suppporter, 21, was charged with falsely making a terroristic threat on the campus of Southwestern Illinois Community College in Belleville.
