I think that when we look back at the 21st century, it will be known as the Korean century. If you observe the history of nations in the recent past, the last 50 years or so, none has had near the tremendous positive rate of change that South Korea has. From a third world country during the war, to what it is now, a modern nation as civilized and advanced as any other. One can only speculate what their secret is, but it is nearly impossible to deny how well it works.
