Ok /n/, seeing as your all brilliant designers I want to see what you can do with this wondrous "ship". I say lose the airport. Residential areas near airports always lose value.

Only operate the airport for a few daylight hours each day and restrict it to nothing bigger then a bizjet, problem solved.

Or I guess you could replace it with a golf course (because only rich fucks would live on the ship) and a smaller heliport.

I would just go with a large heli-pad and cover most of the top of the ship in parks/gardens/forests. Maybe even a lake that allows for its own ecosystem and public beaches.
