...basically, the back tire is 'loose' or something and I need to know what I need to get and how exactly I can fix it because the back tire rubs off against the chain, the actual bicycle frame itself ( the purple part ), and the kickstand. Now, I could probably deal with that, but then since it's loose and not fixed against the frame, i'll apply more force to ride it sometimes it goes in the middle with no resistance so I end up slipping off and my knee'll jerk on the steering bar, or my foot'll jerk off the pedal, and that's not something that can happen when i'm crossing roads with traffic which I have to so I can get to work.

Like my subject said, if you don't know please direct me to where I could find out, or even to someone else besides yourself ( if you don't know ) who would know where to direct me.
