Was a tad curious. Are the stories regarding fondling on the Yamanote line actually true? If so, has it resulted in more regulation...or are female passengers given their own cars?

And for that matter, are there actually (as some Japanese media would have you believe) cars that exist for the sole purpose of naughtiness? (Doubting this, but figured you would know best.)
