/o/ Im in kind of a dilemma. This is my yamaha 2008 Yamaha FZ-6. Ive had it for two years and it has 5,200 miles on it. Time has come for a tire change and shit is fucking expensive. So my questions are where can I find cheap tires, or should I down grade for a brand new 250? Thoughts?

Order your tires online and keep an eye out for specials. Look into brands like Continental or Metzeler that offer cheaper tires than Dunlop/Michelin/Pirelli. Its not hard to get a set of decent tires for under $200 if you look in the right places. If you can't put up with tire maintenance you shouldn't be riding period.

Also, you'd definitely regret downgrading at this point. Imagine going from driving an RX-7 to a Honda Civic.
