You've got your main gearbox and a lot of other shifters for aux reduction boxes and reverse and 4WD and diff levers. You just set the auxiliary boxes to the desired range and just shift with the main gearbox.
it had a main 4 speed, one hi-lo-rev box, another hi-lo box, a center diff lock shifter(below the seat), a rear diff lock pedal you'd press with your heel, PTO clutch lever, a pair of levers for draft depths and effort, as well as added joysticks for a front bucket and rear hydraulics.
