8.8 LRA or 8.8 IRS?

With the added strength reliability traction and reduction in weight the 8.8LRA swap looks tempting and would drop around 150 lbs from the car bringing the curb weight to about 3500 lbs.

However the IRS can be beefed up for a price and be nealr as competent as the LRA from a dig while retaining slightly better ride quality communication and handling from the rear.
The IRS was largely responsible for the cobra's
scca class a classification in 04 along with the nsx, m3, evo, s2000, and sti back in 04 which
leads me to believe with modifications the irs could be very competent on road courses as well. Which direction should I go with this?
