YOU GUYS

I've had this BMW for a short while, and I've noticed the battery is draining really fucking quickly. It's a 1990 318is and as far as I can tell everything is in working order.
What I've established so far:

>Alternator IS charging the battery, voltage reading jumps when the engine is running. According to the previous owner the (90Ah) battery is pretty new, when fully charged it puts out ~13.5v.
>Did a big check for current draw, found a ~0.1A draw that drops to ~0.02A when I remove the instrument cluster.

As far as I can gather a 0.1A draw shouldn't knock over my battery that quickly.. And if it IS being charged when the engine is running (I think) then WHAT IS GOING ON? I am so confus, anyone have any similar experiences or tips they wouldn't mind sharing? I love this car and this problem is driving me insane.

Pic related, it's another 318is.
