last night my sister's car's transmission got messed up. she says she was driving normally when suddenly it felt like the car was breaking (im guessing it downshifted), and went from 60mph to 20. She pulled over for abit and said she coud take the car to about 40mph and that the O/D OFF light was flashing. i just got home from work and checked her tranny fluid, itsbeyond full. could draining and refilling the tranny fluid fix the problem, or does it sound like we should start saving up for a new transmission?
