Nzfag Fought a 100 in a 70 zone ticket. For 21 years it had been a 100 zone, but suddenly a 70 zone when the 100 sign had been removed by the local council the day before, and no other signs posted. Faggot cop was way too stubborn to admit he was being a fucking filthy money launderer.

pulled over 3 times 1. cop came out to front of car, got down low, looked at headlights, came back to my window and said only the following: "Thank god its a retro fit" (HID lights, with retrofit projectors) 2. Ran a stop sign, but in my defense, roadworks in the area limited the road to one lane for both directions of traffic. So i followed the car in front of me ( its not like anyone was gonna go, they had to wait for me to leave intersection seeing as how i was blocking it entirely. Cop caught up to me, pulled me over, told me a blew a stop sign, and should stop regardless of situation.. checked my record and saw no infractions with 4 years of driving, told me to be on my merry way: "no need to scar a nice driving record with a stupid situation" 3. cop: "have you been drinking?" me: "no" (legit sober) cop: "are you sure? i saw you pull out of that pub" me: "I live on a side street before the pub, im going to the store to get some snacks. Am i being pulled over on suspicion?" cop: "no, you were cruising. are you high? what are the snacks for?" me: "No, university student with a night of studying ahead" cop: "we'll see about that" (walks away with my license, returns 15 minutes later) "okay, your clean, go get your ice cream" me: "thanks, but the store is now closed... i'll just go home" cop: "drive safe" the last one pissed me off the most. what the fuck is "cruising" anyway?

I'll note that I live in the USA where speeding tickets are easy as fuck to dodge. -first stop, 85 in a 55. requested postponed court date due to work, went to postponed date, cop of course didn't show up. not guilty, no witness for state, case dismissed. -second stop, 85 in a 45. cop was nice and let me go because I never had a speeding ticket before (lol). required to go to court, got 2 postponements due to work, got info from county sheriff's office to make sure cop was off that day (wouldn't get paid to go to court). went to court, no cop, case dismissed. after that I stopped DDing my z31 and got a V6 camry, now I do 20 over everywhere and am invisible to cops.

Went 20 over on Seven Lakes Drive on my way to the tooj (60 in a 40), court date was originally 3/30/2011, requested a postpone date to 6/18/2011, wat do? First speeding ticket, kind of just feel like getting a lawyer honestly, $300-400 to make it go away. The officer behind me was pacing me and if I remember, did not put down the speed I was caught at on the ticket (or the speed limit iirc). It was a 1180d violation.

Was driving my girlfriend home from my buddy's house (about 3 miles on the highway). It was 3 AM on a Sunday and I had been drinking a fair amount but the roads were empty, like I didn't even see another car's headlights on either side the whole way. I was doing 60 in a 55 when some headlights come up behind me. I hate driving in front of headlights at night and this fucker started to tail me. I slowed down to like 35 but the guy didn't pass me so I dropped the fucking hammer ('92 3000GT VR4). Lights go on so I pull over right away. Cop says I was doing 94 in a 55. I wanted to pull some shit like entrapment since this whole ordeal took about 2 miles to play out and I was doing nothing wrong when he started tailing me, but I was pretty drunk. Cop said nothing about me being drunk (not sure if he realized but he had to have smelled it) and I just said I thought he was my friend because we were all heading home from my friend's at the same time and I was just trying to take my girlfriend home. He said that if I plead guilty I would have my license suspended but he also told me to "plead not guilty unless your driving record is 14 pages long" and he would try and get the fine and points reduced. Showed up for court, said "yes sir, no sir, thank you sir" to the judge. On the way out the cop asked me if I wanted to race, I laughed and drove home. Now I plead not guilty to every ticket. 50/50 for the cop to even show and usually they cut a deal for the points and fine to be lowered if not removed. Going to suck on that day that my record reaches 14 pages...

Here and its been along time. I would just go to the city court clerk and pay the fine and NOT go to court or NOT take the drive class. Just pay the fine at the city court clerk and walk away with a clean sheet. Long story short paying the city means the money stays in the city and does not go to the state! Key word is the state. The city keeps the money and does not turn in the report about you to the state so the city keeps all the money and is not putting it on your driving record. I have a 100% good driving record by doing this. Take my word for it. USA here.

1/? Had license for 6 years. Flawless record. Pulled over a few times but 2 of them were mistaken and 1 was a blown stop sign at 2am (I blew it by rolling 2 mph around a corner that was highly visible) and cop let me go. Moved to vegas and gave a friend a ride to work in father's car. Apparently he didn't pay insurance or registration. Got pulled over from a cop who no way could have seen license plate. Claims she saw it from a parking lot FACING a building... Threatened to tow my car if I didn't get out and gave me a ticket. Gave me a court date 6 months away to DISCUSS the ticket and see about options. Told to call in the next 60 days to confirm ticket but "it could take as long as 30 days to have you in the system." Waited 20 days. Called. Not in system. Waited 30 days. Called. Not in system. Waited 45 days. Called. Not in system. 3rd call I got a receptionist who told me that if the ticket is not in the system after 60 days then it is considered void. But I still need to show up to court. Asked her about the validity of the ticket since it isn't my car. Receptionist was like, "Please, they are going to send you on your merry way with no problems." Told to call a week before court date to make sure schedule doesn't change. Feelsgoodman.jpg keepgoodrecord.gif.

2/? Put on nice clothes. Took evidence of vehicle not being mine. Took notes from situation and papers signed by officer with clear notes of advice she gave, court date times, the works. I was covered. Got to court. Guy looks at me and says, "You are responsible for $260 fine and 3 points on your license." I was taken aback. Asked him why I'm getting this ticket when the car isn't mine. Ignores me and calls me an "ignorant child." Now I'm pissed but keep my cool. Asks me why I waited almost 6 months to bring this to his attention. Told him about officer. Flat out calls me a liar and claims I am trying to be a "typical punk kid." Biased prejudice. Clearly not going to have an innocent outcome. Put documents in front of him showing the original court date and let him know his system changed and he should have notified everyone. Also noted that I wasn't in the system till almost 90 days PAST their own due date. Claims I am just trying to get out of paying for my irresponsibility. Issues ticket. Won't even look at evidence. Claims I am just faking documents and I should go to jail. Tried to talk to him and let him know he is being both biased and unreasonable and this is against my constitutional rights to ignore evidence and make biased accusations and judgments. Told me if I am going to fight him on his judgment anymore I will be arrested. Just then an officer pulled me off to the side and told me to "shut up." (Keep in mind I was being very professional this whole time, honest.)

That meant that if I received no moving violations in the next six months I would only have to pay a $25 and the ticket would essentially disappear. Six months later I paid my $25, and I have not had another ticket in over eight years of driving.
