first accident
heres what went down i was at a stop sign inched up and some black guy hit me, his car got a few scratches and my fender got all fucked up, i got outta my car asked if he was ok asked if we should call the police etc, he said no he will just take my info, etc not sure on how this works i said ok, gave him my info and he left, i stayed at the scene for a good 5 min checking my car to see if i was able to drive it home etc.
any thoughts where i fucked up he fucked up
the possible outcome etc
also should i call my insurance?
