I need a link to that Java performance simulator. It was a basic program that you input the hp/torque curves, gearing, tire size, weight, drag, etc etc and then it went to a RPM/Speedo gauge and you could simulate acceleration, as well as check RPM at different speeds/gears. You could save your configuration and "race" it against hundreds of other preconfigured cars to simulate a drag race. I can't for the life of me find it.
