Every fucking day in the middle of the night (i.e. 11 AM) some faggot opens up his garage, which is just across from my window, and revs up his 4 wheeler as loud as he possibly can (waking me up) for about 5 minutes. He never goes anywhere, he just sits there reving the engine until he gets bored, shuts it off, and closes the garage.

wat do?

Ask him to stop, record that if he says no or something.

Then record it everytime he does it for proof. Get a months worth of footage, and then make a complaint showing that you also tried to be up front about it initially.

If it were me I wouldn't mind though, occasionally hear people doing the same in different areas around here, but they're actually doing it on their car cause they're trying to sort out an issue. On an ATV that's just annoying if he's literally standing there and doing nothing but revving it.

Inform him the damage he is doing to the engine by revving it up before it reaches operating temperature, starting an engine likethat daily (instead of just turning it over) and if he doesn't or says 'huur durr i do wut i want' file a noise complaint.
