Does anyone know anything about rust converter, or an alternative means of slowing the progression of rust? I'm looking at a car that's acceptable in ever way but some rust beginning to deteriorate the edges of some of the panels, and I'm worried that what is now surface damage could cause things to fall apart later down the line.

What do you think, /o/? Will rust converter help anything, or just give me funny black marks on my car?
