I need sum new taillights for my volvo 740 GLE, mine are cracked, foggy and are missing chunks. I called the guy I sold my old 760T to (which had legit rear lights) but he said he scrapped it once he got the motor and tranny out, and now it's crushed :(.

I've decided to explore some scrapyards and see if there are any 700s with intact rear lenses, for the sake of saving me the money of buying a new set. There's three promising places in the area, two are enormous lots, and one is farther away, but is a dedicated volvo place.

What is /o/'s experience when working with auto recyclers? Any brotips to be shared?
