/o/ I have a question Where i live they redid the Speed Bumps but they half ass it. they just put asphalt on top of the old one make them super high to the were the car bottoms out nasty if i go over them at 2 to 3 mph and on one it hit the old pan and the center of the car. is there some type of law on how a speed bump is made they need to follow?
