>>4623289It is possible to get crossover though. My truck, when it is done, will easily have the suspension capabilities to catch 4 or 5 feet of air off of a sand dune no problem. Some things just work for both ie:
Supercharger-Torque for crawling, HP increase for prerunning
Solid Front Axle-Stronger and doesn't break on rocks or from having been ramped
Long Travel Suspension-See OPs Pic
We all have different things that we want out of our vehicles. I want mine to be able to traverse just about any terrain with a camp on the back. I also want to be able to haul ass in it sometimes and fuck around in some sand. It may not ever be good enough for competition but I don't give a fuck.
If only I had an extra 15k laying around my truck would be boss lol. Until then I nickle and dime it together and wait for the axle swap, engine swap (I want to put a lexus v8 in my Tacoma), and supercharger for after college
