My car has a sohc 3.0 v6, fuel economy should be over 20 highway, I drive 15 miles a day total and average less than 12 mpg total

Is all the short trips raping my gas? I have friends that drive the same route in v8 mustangs and only fill up every 3rd week

Only if the car has warmed up enough, I know it's bad to stomp on it while oil is cold or something like that

I stay below 60 at all times though

What constitutes a full tune up?

I do brakes, oil, and that shit, but I assume you mean something like fuel pump hoses? Haven't ever done anything inside the engine compartment cept radiator and belts

plugs (gapped right), rotor, cap, wires
fuel filter
fuel injector cleaned or run cleaner
cam belt changed, why not?
air filter
oil and oil filter
lube chassis
bleed brakes
change tranny fluid

What's a good fuel injector cleaner?

I'll replace the fuel filter and spark plugs tomorrow, doubt it'll have any effect but those are cheap so why not.

Also my car has adjustable coilovers and cambers, should I have the car higher or lower for better gas mileage?

Sparkplugs can make a world of difference dumbass. They ignite the gas to create the boom to create the power. If they're fucked up and can't make the boom as much as it should, GUESS WHAT? Less power per boom so needs more gas to make the same boom.
