I gotta say, the hardest (or the only hard) thing I've had to do in those 16 hours was modulating the rear brake in a cornering emergency stop.
Fucking lock-up city is what it was.
By the end of the day I had called dibs on a little corner of the lot and was practicing over and over, and I think I finally got it kinda well, but that was with *me* deciding to brake, not me reacting to a signal telling me when to brake, so I'm kinda still a bit worried.
But next week, it's goodbye to the traffic cones and out on the road we go!
I'm almost wishing for a squirrel to pop out of the side of the road so I can test my rear brake control.
