• White balance
• Picture Control
• Color space
• Active D-Lighting
• Vignette control
• Long exposure noise reduction
• High ISO noise reduction
do not affect the RAW file, other than putting a metadata info in the file that can be later interpreted by the software to apply certain preset adjustments. None of these settings change how the picture itself looks in a way that couldn't be undone/changed by the RAW conversion software.
