It's a little dimmer than it could be, mainly in the highlights. The image is also more desaturated than it should be for an ad like this. Your dodge and burn is decent, I don't see any signs of manipulation. The areas that still need more work (for the challenge of creating an advertisement that is, what you did is fine for a portrait) are the wrinkles under the right eye, grunge on the neck, eye veins (if you d&b those), darkening her ear, and making the lighting match on the shoulder and face. Distracting cross hairs should be removed. Blah blah blah just check my other critiques from the thread - the rest is all saying the same stuff. Nice job.
