>>1254076>which government is capable of such wizardry? The US government, seeing as how i'm currently enrolled at one of the service academies. The network here is monitored by "Goldcoats" who is a civilian and army officer/NCO IT group who do repairs to our computers and block access to websites and can tell when shit is illegally downloaded. Seeing as how these laptops are "issued" to us (even though there's a $2900 deposit to purchase them), we can't have any pirated/illegal shit on them since they're technically government property. If you break the rules as far as no torrents/p2p shit, no skype, no loads of other shit, your laptop will be flagged, and you have to get it reimaged. Multiple offenders get theit laptops suspended and serve little more than a paperweight, as well as possible JAG involvement.
>multiworkstations: can you explain this word?Currently can't afford another laptop, nor would I have adequate internet access away from this network to acquire photoshop illicitly.
