Potentially retarded question here, but is there really any difference among these blowers?

I personally don't own one of those Giotto ones (I have a cheap, standard blower, basically similar to the picture but without the fins on the bottom) but I saw one for sale the other day and it was pretty pricey for some rocket-shaped pump
