Ones that were OOF, blurry to motion shake or too slow shutter speed, over/underexposed. When I went to the big tree my intention wasn't to do a whole lotta artsy stuff and be deep. I just wanted to take some shots, have some fun with the guys, and try and do some b/w. Sorry for posting a photothread.

I shot all manual when I went out and one thing I learned is I need to start paying attention to the exposure before I shoot so I don't over/under expose my shots. I noticed I was doing that. Also, I need to check the shots to see if I need to bump up the s.s. if I'm doing motion stopping pics.

1/500th is standard for sports, don't be a manual elitist fag, use Shutter Or Ap priority and get over it. These are good pictures for your friends....but it's nothing anyone couldn't do with a point and shoot and some free idiots they want to stand near a tree....useless.

I was using manual because The sky was bright and when I took some pictures of the tree it was underexposing it so i overrode it. I'm being an elitist, either. I do generally use Tv, though.
