so I've been asked to take pictures at a business Christmas party in December. This is volunteer work, as a way to get a better feel for portraits and photography for me.

Anyways, I am trying to figure out how I am going to set up the lighting for the portrait. I will be taking pictures of many people coming in the party, then later burning the pictures on discs for people to use.

My idea for the lighting is basically nigger rigging a bed sheet over a bright fluorescent light. (light will be on the side of face in portrait)

Any better ideas for lighting? (hopefully inexpensive)
