Relatively new to photography.
For anyone who has ever watched Top Gear, can you tell me how they always get these colors. The only thing I can think of is putting the white balance on the cooler side, but I only come close.
I am also a total newb when it comes to lenses. I know absolutely nothing about them as Ive been using a cheap point-and-shoot digital. I'm thinking of upgrading to a Nikon d40. Good choice? My real question is what kind of lens gets that nice clean cutoff in the corners that they always get. Kinda like fish eye without the bubble.
Don't flame me for comparing video to photography I know they are different. What I'm asking is how to get these shots with a camera.
