It'll work fine as a point and shoot camera. You will be happy with most consumer grade cameras if you don't have one. But after you go through a couple, you'll start to get more picky.

But 90 dollars seems really cheap for a camera, better look up a real review site than asking for biased opinions.

well, I'm guessing that means you think the quality of the camera or the auto-mode is the major determining factor in the quality of pictures. In which case, you'll get the same results no matter what you buy.
