I don't think it's bad. My only gripe is how you broke up 2009, it doesn't really seem to work.

Anyways, to summerize.
Pros:
Nice use of lighting, good shadows, ok composition.

Cons:
Iffy IQ. Doesn't seem that sharp. Can you post a bigger (2000px) version?
blacks not black enough for me. I just like higher contrast.
What happened to her right leg? It's distracting.
I would have projected the 2009. It looks kinda cheap and cheezy. Body paint would have been a nicer touch.
Also, the 2009 contrasts with the mood of the rest of the picture. I don't think it blends well.

If I had shot this, I would have picked a less busty model, as I find large breast to be more pornographic, than erotic. If you had her laying down on the ground, with the 2009 projected on her torso. Her tits would be a little flattened, which I find to be cool, and pubes would help. (tips for cool nudes). Anyways, I would have shot from a ladder, looking down. I would try to have more lines pulling you into the image, so w/ body paint, you could have a cooler look 2k9 that would actually move, or curve on her body.
