I've been trying to get the Stitch model off of Epson's website, and getting a japanese Epson driver to work with cutePDF was as far as I got (so you don't need the physical japanese printer!).

Found these links to download a japanese epson driver:
Windows 32bit:

I just installed the driver using cutePDF as the printer port.
