I work as a graphist ans I need a simple pic to work on.
The pic I need should be a first-aid worker squatted looking in a tent. Pic has to be taken so the faw is seen from his back (yes a male is better given the context).
Google image failed, will /r win ?

Also a little gore would be appreciated (but if not it'll do the trick to)

(yes I know image banks exist but it's better when it's free)
