1.)Is posting a lot like described above flooding?

I also posted this Obama pic on /b/ 30 minutes after I found it on/b/.

2.) How long do I have to wait to post a pic on /b/ I just found on /b/ so that it's no flooding?

You just can't have the exact same photo twice. It's o'k if the photos are a different size.

Also, you can take the photo in MS Paint, and add a tiny dot to the photo. That will make the photo slightly different, and then you can post it. Add another dot, and you can post it again.

To answer question #1, you have to wait 30 seconds between posts to avoid "flooding." With the addition of the captcha, most people don't flood anymore. Just slow down 10 seconds.

/new/ was a board intended to discussion of news, but it became a far right, racist, supremacist board, or sort of. Just avoid posting hateful or racist text/links. Some words are banned and will get you insta b&. Don't say the words "jew", "nigger", "stormfront", etc.
