Some backstory first.
My best friends mum used to work as a care worker for the disabled and mentally handicapped, consequently, on random days between Wednesday and Saturday there would be wild tards roaming around his place and most of them would have their own little quirk that separated them from the rest.
The one I'm going to tell you about is Troy. Troy is a 30 or so year old balding man with the mind of the child and the inability to form words, his verbal communications are limited to grunts and simple sounds, though he does seem to have a basic understanding of english and the ability to write. Troy has poor eyesight and requires glasses, he also wears adult diapers and constantly smells of fecal matter.
Troy has an interesting quirk, on occasion he will get trapped in a loop, where he keeps repeating the same noise over and over whilst slapping his knee and slowly increasing the volume, he will continue to do this until told to shut up, in which case he will invent a new sound and keep repeating it louder and louder and so on and so on until he becomes bored or distracted.
So why is this funny?
Just picture it, a scrawny, 30 year old balding man, with thick rimmed glasses, reeking of shit, hunched over at the edge of his chair fucking belting the shit out of his knee and going hhuuurr...huuuuurrr.....huuuuuuuurrrrrr!......huuuuuuurrrrrr!!!.....HUUUUUUUURRRR!!!.....HUUUUUUUUUU

It's...it's just too much, whatever you're imagining doesn't do justice to what I saw. The willpower needed to abstain from laughing could move entire continents. I feel so bad for my friend, having to life through that every week.
