I think I've posted quite a bit about confidence, if you want me to link you to the main points. The tl;dr is just force your self into situations that people with a lot of confidence would. Or atleast that's how I dealt. I told my friends to be wingmen and leave me at the deep end of hitting on a girl I didn't know. After a while practice I was good.

It sounds weir me saying I'm in love with a girl and she loves me back, yet I continue to date and sleep around. Basically she got abused by her step-dad. I beat the living shit out of him until he was almost comatosed, but she's still suffering from the effects. She appears completely normal and extrovert.
