Alternately, and I know we all hate that board but it is good for the particular thread I'm about to mention, you can go on /soc/ and check the catalog for their fetish/kink thread, there's always one up and you just fill in details about yourself, your kinks, your sexual orientation and role, your location... you attach a photo if you like, and you include contact info.
Then people contact you or you contact ideal people, and bam, there you go.
Generally women are in higher demand (they always get replies) but since it's a fetish thread, if you happen to match someone really well then they may take the initiative! I actually had a girl contact me on the one occasion I posted in such a thread since my kinks were very appealing to her. It didn't go anywhere because I was too beta to talk to her the next day even though we had a nice conversation, but that's pretty damn good. Way better than the situation on a dating site.
