You were requesting 180 HPM, 4 orders of magnitude less.
I'd say it's easily achievable - but given the additional constraints imposed by the OP you need to figure out how to stuff 180 hot dogs in your ass in order to really harness this power.
I'd take 2000 bucks over this any day.
