At my school, the canteen/cafeteria thing (which got really fucking busy) had a rule where people in Years 11 and 12 (last two years of school) would be able to bypass the line to get into the canteen, and had their own lines inside. After 7 years of lining up like a pleb, I finally got to go straight through and be served in like, 30 seconds.

We also used to get let onto the buses first, but they repealed that when I was in Year 12.

We lived in an area that used to have serious gang problems way back when, which then suddenly turned into a super-rich area so we ended up with lots of super white upper-class kids. Security broke up a handful of fights while I was there, police officer stationed in the school, some guy got tasered for threatening a teacher. Police officer used to get people out of all sorts of shit though (tickets and stuff), because he was a chill ex-marine.
