Pardon me while I rage for a moment.
First, I think we can agree that we all hate stale pasta.
Now, let me lay this out for you faggots. A internet channel of any type is a collective. As it stands, a collective can never be greater than the sum of its constituent parts.
The glory that 4chan once experienced is easy to understand. Once, long ago, users on this channel actually created content. These users had the skills to make content offhand and were not too lazy to do so. Considering that almost all shops are derivative of preexisting content, these forerunners had the skills to navigate the internet to an extent that made them godlike in relation to those mortals who now bow to the restrictions imposed upon them by profiling, so called 'organic search engines' and sheer lack of perspective. Simply put faggots, to experience epic content, there must first be a will to create it. This force of will, along with the skill sets needed to gather fresh resources and the time investment necessary to complete any project was the backbone of these channels.
Now here you all sit, bitching and in some cases trolling each other about the good old days but none of you will take the first step and actually invest the time to become a god tier internet user.
Channel 4 may not be dead forever, but it will remain a cancerous asshole until we get some people in here with time, intelligence, creativity and undying hatred for the unworthy.
As it stands, many of us who used to be active got older and realized that our skills could earn us a bunch of money. Now we have degrees, jobs, property, motorcycles and fine women who make prons a waste of time so we don't really have the time to create epic lulz like we did when we were in highschool and actually being 1337 haxx0r was a life goal to which we could devote seventy hours a week.
