What is the most unsettling thing you've ever seen IRL?

Her face was decimated. Bartender later told me she ended up blind but can't confirm that.
>seeing a young guy knocked off the 3rd floor balcony of another bar while I was having a smoke.
He was standing on the railing then some old drunk guy shoved him off. Didn't hear him land, just heard his scream get cut short.
