Which one should I click on /sci/ ?

Which one is the safest to click on and which one is the least safest? and why?

How do I add the different percent changes onto the blocks?
Like, some are 50 / 50 and some are 2 out of 3.
Do those remove chances or does the chance of a mine increase?
